Worldwide Shipping

Standard Delivery: From point to point, it takes 10 to 20 days (out of the EU) for the item to arrive (during Festive time, it might take longer for some products). As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

We aim to process all jewellery orders as fast as possible. Our average dispatch time is 1-3 working days (not including weekends). Almost all of our items are made to order, which can lead to longer dispatch times. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.

Paintings will be completed within 5-7 days of receiving your payment, plus standard delivery time. The drying time of acrylic can vary between 5 to 10 days.

International mail/package shipping may be subject to delays or unwanted returns due to Christmas, New Year and other celebrations. These may be caused by changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of flights or due to their capacity limitations) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).

DAMAGE TO PACKAGE

If the parcel has been damaged during shipping, you must immediately report this to us by writing to info@vibrant-look.com.

Do not collect a damaged package!

If you don’t detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the shipping company’s handling, contact them and make an damage report.
