- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to five working days of your order and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Vibrant-Look has an estimated delivery time.
- When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to process all orders as fast as possible. Our average dispatch time is 1-3 working days (not including weekends). Almost all of our items are made to order, which can lead to slightly longer dispatch times. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.
International mail/package shipping may be subject to delays or unwanted returns due to Christmas, New Year and other celebrations. These may be caused by changes in international transport (e.g., cancellation of flights or due to their capacity limitations) and/or delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g., quarantine or other protective measures), so receiving your package may take a little longer than usual.

- What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns counter our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- Items outside the 30-day warranty time frame.
- Washed, worn, used, broken, damaged or misused items.
- We cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. This policy is for the protection and health of the customers.
We will not cover the return shipping cost.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes, orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle, donate, or enjoy it.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn’t get the expected product, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
- What is your Jewelry Care?
To extend the life of your jewellery, please give them occasional breaks and follow these tips to maintain the quality and prevent early tarnish:
Avoid sweat
Wipe with a soft cloth
Do not sleep in your jewellery
Avoid chemicals, especially the hand cream
Wait for hand/face cream to dry before putting on any jewellery
Avoid bathing, showering or washing your hands with jewellery on.
- Do you do Packaging for Jewellery?
All jewellery is carefully packed in our box.
We will avoid unnecessary packaging, so if you wish each piece in its box, please leave us a note at checkout. Otherwise, we will place all ordered pieces into the same box.
